He also said he was worried about what emotions will come out when he takes time to heal. I felt bad for him. But.. 7 months after out break up he MARRIED someone else (not even his ex). I was shocked and felt betrayed. Now I see pictures of him being affectionate with his wife and showing it all on social media. Eventhough I dont want him back. it hurts my heart seeing that. I guess I was the rebound then? I made the right decision... his actions show it all. Dont ever settle for someone who cant be fully yours. You deserve better❤

Anyone reading this, please know that No Contact is real and it gives you sooo much clarity. Allow yourself to fell the pain of the breakup. The sooner you cry it out and get all those feelings of hurt, regret, anger, … out , you’ll wonder how you ever made it through. I felt forced to breakup with my ex after he became distant. He said it’s because I sometimes said harsh things to him and I get upset easily. Turns out, he’s just a beta male. I don’t use that word harshly and I’m ashamed that I wanted someone who clearly fell out of love with me. It’s been a month and 2 weeks since the breakup. I begged and pleaded to be back with him when I saw him not responding after a week of us breaking up. Well, that only took a week of crying and begging. We’ve had no interaction in 25 days.
